Our History
NVFA through its founder - Mrs. Prarthana Dave has always championed the cause of 'Financial Literacy & Independence' to all strata of society, especially - Women, Students, Farmers and tribal people. Through successful execution of more than 4000 workshops and seminars across India in the last 10 years, we have touched lives of more than 5 lac people. This initiative has led to development of a niche domain expertise in the field of 'BFSI Training' which has led to content writing and speaking assignments across multiple reputed media platforms like Cafemutual, ET Now, NDTV among others. We thought it was right time to grow this literacy revolution across India and hence the decision to start 'NV Financial Academy' in its new more professional and scalable hybrid (Online & Offline) avatar.

Prarthana Dave
Founder, Director
Ms Prarthana Dave brings with her an experience of 20 years in the field of Finance. She has conducted myriad financial literacy seminars spreading literacy to individuals across all walks of life. Her interviews, articles and programs have been showcased on prestigious platforms of Cafemutual, ET Now (Economic Times) and BiTV. A financial protagonist in an endeavor of empowering woman investors, she has conducted exclusive seminars for woman investors which includes her attempt to address 700-woman investors in Investment Mahakumbh by Motilal Oswal. In an attempt to make this countryand its citizens Financially Literate, her journey towards fulfilling her passion has just begun.

NISM Certifications coaching is one of the flagship programs of NVFA. Ms. Shreya not only heads this project but also conducts myriad training programs for students, women and investors for various educational subjects. Her neck to figure out the smallest error makes her company's content auditor.
